See All ReviewsWe did a road trip from Nevada to LA and had been craving Vietnamese food the entire way. Ben Ngu (named after a place in Hue, Vietnam) really hit the spot! We ordered a few different dishes and everything was delicious. Just a heads up, the Banh It Ram takes a little longer to make, by the time it came out we were already full and ended up with a lot left over. Other than that, it was a great experience!
1. The Bun Bo Hue was well-made with lots of ingredients! 2. The spot has chill casual vibes with lots of seatings! 3. The staff was friendly and timely with our orders! The following items came out in this order: drinks, BBH, and then the Banh It Ram! Note: There is a restroom available for customers! I went to Bến Ngự for breakfast and ordered the Mì Quảng Special. I wasn’t too impressed with the customer service when they greeted and took orders. As for the food, the portion was quite large—I couldn’t finish it. The meat and broth were decent, but the flavor wasn’t quite to my taste; I found it a bit too salty. However, I really enjoyed the side salad, which had a good balance of fresh veggies for the bowl. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean.
